We offer complete, ready-to-make DIY kits including candle making, soap & bath bomb kits, resin art & epoxy, jewelry making (beads, wire, charms), embroidery & cross-stitch, macrame wall hangings, slime creation sets, painting & canvas kits, terrarium building, and more — perfect for beginners, adults, teens, and families.

2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. What are your shipping options and costs? We offer these straightforward options for US orders:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Shipping (standard delivery): 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Free shipping applies automatically on eligible orders (no minimum required for the free tiers). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier delays.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

5. What is your return policy? We want you to love your kit! Enjoy a 30-day return window for unopened, unused kits in original condition and packaging. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Return shipping is typically your responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. 6. Are the kits suitable for beginners? Yes! Every kit includes clear, step-by-step instructions (often with photos or video links), all necessary materials, and no advanced skills required. Many are labeled “beginner-friendly” on the product page.

7. Do the kits include safety information? Absolutely — all kits come with safety guidelines (especially for items like candles, resin, or hot glue). We use non-toxic, skin-safe materials where applicable. Adult supervision is recommended for younger crafters or projects with small parts/tools.
